Terms of Service

Rasengan (rasenganapp.com), operated by Maj Custodio, Cebu City, Philippines, sends follow-up emails and texts on your behalf, finds public business leads, and collects replies in one inbox. Rasengan is free during beta. Features may change, and we'll give notice before introducing paid plans. You won't be charged without agreeing first.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or your business.
• Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission.
• You're responsible for everything sent from your account.

You agree that every message you send through Rasengan follows the law and these rules:

• You have a lawful basis to contact each person, as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and any other law that applies to you or your contacts (for example CAN-SPAM in the US, or the GDPR in Europe).
• Your messages are honest: true sender name, real business, no misleading subject lines or false claims.
• You keep the opt-out working. Rasengan adds an unsubscribe line to emails and “Reply STOP to opt out” to the first text, and stops contacting anyone who opts out. Don't remove these or re-add people who opted out.
• You follow your mobile carrier's rules for the SIM you connect, and you're responsible for its usage and costs.
• You never use Rasengan for scams, phishing, harassment, illegal products, adult content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• You don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.

We may pause sending, or suspend accounts, that break these rules or that generate a high rate of complaints, bounces or spam reports.

Your contacts, messages and content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Rasengan for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Rasengan relies on other services, including email delivery, hosting, maps, and the texting app on your phone. Those services can occasionally fail, delay or reject messages, and we can't guarantee that every message is delivered.

Rasengan is provided “as is” and “as available”, especially while in beta. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular sales result.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. While Rasengan is free, that amount is zero. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Rasengan at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing cmajkelbenche@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where possible we'll tell you why first.

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll notify account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Rasengan after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Cebu City.
